About Us

 

In 2014, Dusty’s started life serving handmade Neapolitan pizzas at a local market - delighting crowds with hot, fresh pizza that had been licked by the flames of a home-made, wood-fired oven on wheels.

In the years that followed, this beautiful monster grew to become something much, much bigger. These days you can find us in permanent venues in Cardiff and Barry, and at festivals and events up and down the country.

We’re passionate about sustainability and are long-time advocates of the Slow Food Movement, so we’ve spent years building relationships with local suppliers, and used pizza to encourage conversations around what makes good, clean and fair food. In 2018, our efforts were rewarded when we picked up the ‘Peoples Favourite’ in the Sustainable Restaurant Association’s Food Made Good awards.

Over time, we’ve become known for making #morethanjustpizza, too.

After many years of eating pizza across the UK & Italy we are absolute in our belief that Neapolitan pizza is impossible to beat. Dense, light, chewy, crunchy - full of flavour and with a hint of wood fire – Neapolitan pizza is where it’s at.
